    Nuada is a vibrant Cleantech business that has developed an exciting next-generation carbon capture system.

    As we enter an exciting growth phase, we are looking for a Head of People to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our company culture, developing our talent, and ensuring the success of our mission to tackle the climate emergency.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's objectives.
    • Manage and oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
    • Partner with leaders to identify and address talent development and succession planning needs.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Develop and deliver effective training programs.
    • Manage and enhance the employee benefits and compensation programs.
    • Handle employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers and employees.

    Requirements

    • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on leadership and people development.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.
    • Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience in the cleantech industry or a strong passion for sustainability is a plus.
    • Relevant HR certifications are highly desirable.
