The Position


The priority of this role is to ensure cash flow is maintained, by issuing invoices for services provided, and to chase outstanding monies.


We require an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to co-ordinate the credit control for Eurosafe Solutions Ltd, ensuring all invoices are compiled, sent out and balances for debtors are up to date.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers adhere to payment terms
  • Chase outstanding monies
  • Follow the debt recovery procedures
  • Coordinate the debts of existing debtors
  • Produce invoices / credit notes and issue to customers
  • Amend invoices if required
  • Update company databases
  • Chase outstanding retentions
  • Deal with internal / external queries
  • Answer general phone enquiries
  • Ensure vehicle charges and penalties are communicated internally and ensure that the employee is liable
  • Ensure post is sent and received post is distributed to correct recipient
  • Ensure office is equipped with stationary and office essentials
  • Distribute credit card statements & ensure these are returned from employees with matching receipts
  • Banking of cheques
  • Cover within the Finance department

General

  • Full Time, Permanent Position
  • 40hour week (Monday Friday: 8am5pm with 1hour lunch)

Salary:
£21,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
