Are you an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager ?

Do you have experience working in the contact centre or business process outsourcing industries ?

Have you developed a technology strategy / roadmap including cloud migration ?

This is a great opportunity to join this really interesting company, based from their Glasgow office.

You will have:

Telephony and infrastructure experience (needs to have a working knowledge of contact centres and ideally BPO).
Networking and server management – including migrating in house solutions to data centres and cloud
People Management
Supplier/Vendor management.
Stakeholder Relationship
Client Relationships
Budget management
Understands effective IT performance and how it contributes to over all business effectiveness.
Strong Communication skills – needs to be authoritative and a leader
