Graduate Teaching Assistant

Barnet Secondary School

Full Time, Long Term - ASAP Start

£80+ per day (based on experience)
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our thriving secondary school in Barnet.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent university graduate (from any discipline) to gain valuable experience in a school settingand pursue a career in teaching.

Responsibilities:

Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons
Providing individual and small group support to students
Leading small group activities and projects
Encouraging students to engage and participate in class
Assisting with the preparation of lesson materials
Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment for all students

Requirements:

Recent university graduate from any discipline
Aspiration to train as a Teacher in the future
Experience working with young people in any setting (desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and engage students
A passion for education and a desire to make a difference

This is a full time, long term position, commencing ASAP and offering £80+ per day based on experience.
