    If so, we want YOU to join our client's team as an Apprentice Support and Development Coach

    Guiding apprentices to submit high-quality work assessments on time.

    Monitoring apprentices' progress, identifying skills gaps, and facilitating development opportunities.

    Setting SMART targets, conducting quarterly reviews, and ensuring implementation of learner commitment statements.

    Identifying and addressing apprentices at risk.

    Adhere to Company policies.

    Undertake necessary training for professional development.

    Fulfil any other duties assigned by the Interim Work Based Learning Manager.

    GCSEs at grade A-C (grades 4-9) in English and maths or equivalent Level 2 qualifications.

    Teaching qualification at Level 3 or higher.

    Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.

    Previous experience in delivering engaging learning activities and training workshops.

    Ability to deliver high-quality training sessions meeting Ofsted standards.

    Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office programs.

    Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (children's barred list).

    Knowledge of Ofsted regulatory framework and quality/compliance measures.
