Hours: 25-37 hours per week (flexible to meet the post holder's needs)

Salary:
£43,895 to £48,454 pro rata per annum (As from 01 Apr 24)


Location:
Southampton and some Solent Mind sites


(combined with hybrid working)

About the role


As People And Culture Business Partner you will support the business delivering effective people management expertise, being adept at building rapport and understanding your colleagues needs.

You will use your skills and experience to understand this unique and special organisation providing tailored advice to help manage a fluid environment.

About you


Ideally you will be local to Hampshire and genuinely interested in working with colleagues across our Central Services Teams, Talking Therapy sites and our wonderful Wellbeing Centres and Garden Centre.

Many of our colleagues, volunteers and participants have personal lived experience of mental health issues so your brilliant HR skills, combined with excellent communication skills and an excellent understanding of the key difficulties and challenges faced by people on their recovery journey will be required.

You should be comfortable visiting the range of facilities we offer as well as working in our Head Office. Some home working will also be available.
