Service Delivery Co-ordinatorMy client based in Basingstoke is looking for a Service Delivery Co-ordinator to join their friendly team. You will support and provision all products sold to both existing and new customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
Liaising with networks on provisioning orders
Raising or adding all aspects of the project billing to CRM
Ensure constant improvement of customer experience and Service Delivery knowledge.
Manage process for communicating service affecting issues to the organisation and our clients.
Maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring we provide a unified service from supplier to client.
Understand analysis reports and analysis of the team
Strong customer service skills
Ideal candidate will have a Project Management background, previous experience in a problem-solving environment with a high interest in technology and innovation.
