What you will be responsible for
As Client Implementation SME Lead

  • Alpha Performance, VP you will
  • Lead the client solution design, conversion approach, implementation plan, and golive activities from a performance perspective for converting clients onto State Street's Alpha Performance platform
  • Analyze and document client requirements for large and/ or complex efforts, and advise internal and external stakeholders on the required solution
  • Plan, perform and support testing efforts
  • Work with your counterparts on the client side to configure the Alpha Performance solution for clientspecific workflows
  • Lead interactions with clients around the delivery of the solution
  • Feed into the continuous improvement of methodologies and processes required to deliver successful solutions
  • Assist the presales team to determine whether the Alpha performance offering meets prospect requirements
  • Work with the Product team to close functionality gaps identified during the requirements gathering phase
  • Collaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices and improve team capabilities to successfully migrate clients
  • Become a Performance product SME on State Street's Fronttoback platform
  • Some travel may be required

Education & Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or above preferred
  • Minimum 7 years experience in the fintech space, implementing and supporting performance and attribution solutions
