Activities of the team/department that this role will operate in;

The purpose of the Response Centre is to ensure industry leading services are delivered to SCC

The Response Centre team will be a delivery focused team which will require excellent organisational, communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Supporting the Controller in overseeing the delivery of operations in this fast paced and continually evolving environment, whilst also helping to produce & present PI data:
it will be an exciting yet challenging role.

Purpose of the role and your responsibilities;

Support Operators will be responsible for assisting the Controllers in the delivery of this service and will be a key member of the Response Centre team in a challenging but rewarding work environment.

The Support Operator will be a key contact for clients, public bodies (i.e. police), SCC's customer contact centre and staff undertaking works for SCC. They will help to monitor in real time Ringways response to requests for work and be responsible for the delivery and level of service within the contractual requirements.
