    Are you an experienced 3rd line Support Engineer looking to build on your existing experience within an organisation that provides growth?

    A leading Managed Service Provider in the Watford area are looking for a 3rd Line Engineer to come into their team to provide remote and telephony-based support to one of their clients. A fantastic opportunity to develop your skills taken from a managed services background, gaining exposure to a variety of different technologies and infrastructure networks.

    Your Role:

    • Provide on-site, remote, and telephony-based support to a variety of different clients, being a point of expertise when issues arise.
    • Proactively monitoring client infrastructure to prevent downtime and major incidents that may otherwise arise.
    • Ensuring that the Service Level Agreements (SLA) are adhered to at all times.

    Your Profile:

    • Knowledge and experience of supporting Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Exchange & Office 365 & Intune
    • Exposure to Azure environments
    • Exposure to networking including firewalls, switches and routers.
    • A desire to learn and continuously keep up to date with current and emerging technologies.
    • Experience working in a Managed Services environment, with the ability to support multiple client infrastructures would be highly beneficial.
