Our client is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their growing site based in Leeds.
This is a varied role to assist the Office Manager with administration, reception, coordinating events and general housekeeping of the office.

What you will be doing:
- Supporting the office manager with administrative duties including maintaining sickness, absence and holiday logs, appraisals and filing.
- Managing the premises.
- Reception duties meeting and greeting clients into the office and being a general office presence.
- Planning and coordinating events such as company weekends, bootcamps, team socials, Christmas party and Summer BBQs.
What we are looking for:
- Driving license required.
- Preferably educated to degree level.
- Be able to display efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess effective organisation and planning skills.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be a good team player.
- Be a selfstarter with the ability to motivate themselves.
- Be able to manage their priorities and show initiative.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
