About the role

What you'll be doing

  • You will be a part of an experienced global team of technical recruiters
  • Your focus will be on Tech hires in Europe
  • Building and maintaining key relationships with business stakeholders
  • Conducting extensive headhunting searches through various modern platforms to identify superstars within the tech space

What you'll need

  • 4+ years' experience in technical recruitment, ideally in Europe
  • Experienced in using various searching tools
  • Understanding of the FinTech market
  • Fluent English

Desirable

  • Extensive understanding of modern technologies in IT
