    Job Title: Special Education Needs TA
    Location: Bournemouth
    Salary: £ £14.72 per hour
    Start date: Immediately
    Contract type: Permanent/ Full Time
    Working Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

    GSL Education is currently working closely with a lovely school in Bournemouth. We're seeking a dedicated Special Education Needs TA to support students aged 5-21 with a focus on autism.     We are looking for a calm, caring and highly motivated individual who is very understanding with challenging behaviour. Experience in a school environment is desirable but work experience that can be adapted is accepted.


    This Role includes:
    - Supporting the teaching and learning of SEMH pupils
    - Working closely with pupils that display challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties
    - Working in classrooms supporting Teachers and fellow Teaching Assistants
    - Full time is preferred but part time applicants may still apply, as job shares can be available
    - Hours 8:30am-3:30pm
