- Reviewing complaints to identify the issues raised and log them accordingly
- Investigate the complaints to determine whether they are in or out of scope
- Reviewing complaints and upholding /declining in line with company and regulatory guidelines
- Where upheld, determining appropriate redress
- Advising the customer of the resolution by phone and in writing
- Demonstrable file review of quality checking experience in a financial services review environment, ideally within wealth or pensions
- End-to-end complaint handling experience
- Level 4 DipFA or equivalent would be an advantage
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
- Strong numeracy and written communication skills

Huntswood is looking for complaint handlers with file review and quality checking experience to assist a pension and wealth advisor with a review, working from home.
As a complaint handler you will be reviewing complaints from customers and CMCs to identify concerns and resolve accordingly.
Role overview:

Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Working from home
Rate: £190 per day
Shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
