£30,151 - £35,411 per annum depending on experience


Hours:37.5 hrs


Contract Type:
Fixed Term March 2024


Location:
Bath and North East Somerset and any other location reasonably requested by the organisation.

The Role
DHI are looking for a Team Leader for our exciting newly commissioned Homeless Intensive Treatment Team (HITT).

To line manage the Intensive Treatment Workers to deliver an accessible, innovative, person centred, compassionate and supportive drug and alcoholtreatment service to individuals who are rough sleeping, and at risk of rough sleeping, in Bath and North East Somerset.


The aim of this team is to meet our service users where they are and having the ability to think creatively whilst working with resilience and optimism will be key to this role.
