A sizeable renewable energy asset manager head quartered in London are on the search for their next Finance Director to manage their global strategic and finance operations.

As the number one in finance and reporting directly into the CEO and making up part of a robust senior leadership team this role is an all-encompassing finance leader position where you will be at the forefront of the operational and strategic managementpiece within an exciting and ever evolving business.

In the past 18 months the firm has grown significantly in head count and assets and are now looking ahead to their next stage of growth.

Responsibilities include;

Oversight and accountability for quality and timely deliveries of all core accounting and finance services across all jurisdictions
Lead finance in strategic finance planning for the highest priority deliverables and finance transformation projects to align with broader strategic plan
Take lead of strategic direction within finance function such; headcount, systems strategy and operating models
Play a key role within the senior leadership team by driving general direction, periodic review of key initiatives, results, budgets and global expansion
Management of key stakeholders within the firm and externally such as; clients, heads of departments, board of directors
Direct line management of 34 highly competent senior finance professionals and indirect reports of c35 globally

You must be;

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Extensive experience within the Renewable Energy sector
Experience within a leadership role, working at an operational and strategic level whilst managing a team of professionals
Experience having financial oversight of large quantities of assets
Experience working at a global scale
Reactive in an evolving, growing and fast paced environment
Enjoy being a team player in a "roll your sleeves up" collaborative environment
