Inisoft have an excitingopportunity for a SeniorSoftware Developer to join ourDevelopment Team.

Focused on building awesomeexperiences Inisoft are a marketleading provider of customerexperience technology for contact centres with clients throughoutEurope the Middle East and NorthAmerica.

Software is all about solving problemsand the right software can change peoples experiences in our casethe experience of both contact centre agents andcustomers.

The ideal candidate will haveexperience of software development using C# .NET and webtechnologies including a JavaScript framework such as Reactor Angular and experience of building Microsoft Azure cloudsolutions. Experience of developing SaaS cloud solutions is highlydesirable.

Design develop and implementtechnically excellent solutions and features for ourproducts.

KeyResponsibilities

• Refactorand optimise existing code to improve performance andmaintainability.
• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to support the testing process understandrequirements and estimate solutions that balance quality withvelocity of delivery.
• Diagnose and fix issuesin complex technical environments.
• Supportingthe Head of Development to refine our development standards andbest practices promoting their use and ensuring they are adopted bythe team.
• Support and mentor other developerswithin the team and peerreviewing codeproduced.
• Stay uptodate with the latest .NETtechnologies and bestpractices.

Requirements

• 5years experience in designing and developing software productsusing Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrableexperience in C# and .NETFramework.
• Demonstrable experience in using webtechnologies including a JavaScript framework such as Vue.Js Reactor Angular.
• Experienced in microservicesarchitecture.
• Experienced in building MicrosoftAzure cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with Agiledevelopment methodologies such asScrum.
• Excellent problemsolving and analyticalskills.
• Strong verbal and written communicationskills with the ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
