The Dynamatic Technologies facility in Swindon, UK, has over 50 years of experience in the design and manufacture of Gear Pumps and supplies products to Agricultural, Construction and On-Highway vehicle manufacturers.

Products include Combined Variable and Fixed Displacement Pump Packages, Temperature Controlled Fan Drive Systems and Fixed Displacement Pumps in Aluminum and Cast iron with a range of additional integrated valve option.


Purpose of the role
Working within the Assembly and Test area progressing hydraulic gear pumps predominantly for the agricultural market through to Despatch.


Specific responsibilities

  • Operate the correct function of the test rigs as instructed.
  • Checking of test specifications
  • Lean manufacturing focus 6's, TM, Continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring work progresses efficiently through the department.

Essential aptitudes experience

  • Technical knowledge of testing pumps.
  • Assembly and Test experience.
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Good planning and organising skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and work shifts if required.
