Management Support Team Administrator -Suffolk Wellbeing


Do you have excellent communications skills and a keen eye for detail? Can you effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities whilst maintaining a strong degree of confidentiality? Wellbeing Suffolk are looking for an extremely professional, conscientious, calm and confident individuals to join our existing team of Management Support Administrators to support our Senior Management Team with all their administrative requirements.


You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems.

The role will entail general administration, diary management, updating systems / databases, compiling reports and minute taking.

  • Diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organising the workload.
  • Ensure confidential information is retained and stored in line with Trust policy in an efficient and effective manner.
  • To liaise in a professional manner with each member of the team, providing relevant information.
  • Using set procedures to undertake administrative and secretarial functions around legislative procedures.
  • To use electronic systems to input and access information as required by the locality management team.
  • Attend and contribute to internal / external meetings relevant to the post.
  • Provide data as requested by the locality team / organisation.
  • Provide support in arranging meetings, coordination of papers work eg Agenda etc and taking minutes.
  • Full training will be given for every area of the role.


Flexible working up to 37.50 hours per week will consider part time hours, the role is currently based from home ( flexibility to be office based) will need to be able to travel to both Bury St Edmunds office or Ipswich Office.
