We are seeking two enthusiastic and skilled colleagues to join us as we build on existing models of care and introduce new ways of working.

Our transformation plans over the next 12 months and beyond will include further integration within the care system (ICS) and borough/place
- based partnerships, working collaboratively with system partners, including but not limited to in the acutes, Local Authorities, Primary Care, Mental Health, and the Voluntary Sector.

For these important roles we are seeking two experienced Operational Managers, passionate about delivering high quality and efficient community services.

Our clinical services work within operating divisions that are arranged in Clinical Service Units and we are seeking a Head of Clinical Services to be accountable for Adult Community Services in Barnet, part the North Central Division

  • Building processes around patients, working with them as partners in the delivery of excellent healthcare;
  • Working closely with clinicians in order to achieve optimal decisions for overall patient care;
  • Supporting treatment as close to the patient's home as possible;
  • Ensuring that decisions taken are evidencebased, clinically sound, and within available resources;
