A specialist ESG consultancy business, with an enviable client list and international operations, has recently taken on private equity funding and is looking to hire in their first CFO, to work alongside the CEO and founder.

The business is embarking ona buy-and-build strategy so needs someone who can set up the finance infrastructure in a sub £10m t/o business and prepare it for future growth and integration.

Ideally you'll understand a professional services/ consultancy model and have gone through M&A/integration.
