- Proven track record in working on, and delivering a wide range of building projects
- Experience in industry standard software (Tekla and Masterseries preferred, but skills from other packages are broadly transferable)
- CSCS Card Holder (preferred, but not essential)
- Driving license
- Company pension contributions using the Government NEST scheme
- Flexible working day (Start between 8 & 9:30am, and finish between 4:30 & 6pm) subject to 7.5hrs per day
