Description

The Directorate of Compliance & Risk is seeking to recruit an experienced and proactive administrator to provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support to the Compliance & Risk Office.


The post holder duties will include:

  • Administering the Disclosure and Barring Service on-line system and providing support to system users, including answering queries, adding and removing new users, arranging system training and setting up conference calls.
  • Routine office administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, booking of rooms, equipment and other facilities, making travel bookings, ordering of stationery and office equipment
  • Arranging meetings, travel and attendance at off campus conferences and meetings
  • Personal support for staff within the directorate including diary management, filing and dealing with routine correspondence and queries.
