We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef / Kitchen Manager for our client's hotel near Hassocks, BN1.

Our client's hotel uses locally sourced, freshly prepared food, providing fine dining.

Your role as a Head Chef /

Kitchen Manager:
The day-to-day management of the kitchen
Ensuring food is to an exacting standard
Training staff and managing your team
Staff rotas
The successful Head Chef / Kitchen Manager will have:

At least 2 years as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
A background in a hotel or pub kitchen
Creative talent with fresh ingredients
