- brand awareness for our client by attending local industry relevant events, often accompanied by existing members of the team
- of 3 years MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
- working at Senior or Associate level
- of working within the UK consultancy market essential, with any local Manchester experience an added bonus
- of acquisition surveys, property management and due diligence
- of Business Development, or at least an appetite to move toward more involvement within Business Development tasks
- up to £65,000 DOE Incl. car allowance
- Bonus of up to 20%

Peace Recruitment is assisting a renowned name within the property world in their search for an Associate Director Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team.
Due to current workload and client accounts, experience of working within a Commercial Surveying environment is an essential requirement. Experience within Retail and Industrial would be beneficial.
Our client already has a huge existing pipeline of work within the Manchester area for you to springboard from, so there is no immediate requirement for you to be out and about hunting for new business.
