A highly innovative specialty chemicals company is looking for a motivated professional with experience in the fields of Quality, Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs to join their team and develop their career by working on high quality products destinedfor the global market.

Your area of responsibility:

Responsible for conceptual structure, development, coordination and monitoring of own management processes and systems and coaching of the departments involved
Creation and implementation of corresponding regulations (DIN ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, sustainability/social responsibility)
Participation in the companywide integration of national and international sustainability regulations and trends (e.g. CSRD, taxonomy, GRI, supply chain law)
Development of the necessary key figure system and sustainability reporting
Advising executives on environmental, energy and sustainability issues
In the medium term, head of the Regulatory Affairs department
Implementation/support of customer, supplier and certification audits
Organization and implementation of internal audits
Management and participation in crosssite and crossdepartmental projects
Establishment, management and development of the necessary resources

Your profile:

Completed technical or scientific degree MA with a focus on sustainability and quality management
Professional experience and process knowledge
Knowledge of the relevant norms and standards (CSR reporting obligation, GRI standards, ISO standards)
Sustainability awareness
Ideally, legal knowledge in the area of GHS and CLP
Ideally auditor experience
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, conceptual thinking skills, social skills
Good communication and social skills
Good knowledge of English due to our international orientation
