We're looking for someone to provide specified administrative support to Customer Relations by uploading complaints onto our inhouse systems as well as deal with customer enquiries to support the complaints teams.
Our key priorities are ensuring our Case Managers have complaints to work through, providing accurate data on the daily reports, re-allocating any work a manager has asked for and adding work to PowerApp System.
Key duties will include:
- Collating data and produce standard reports for use by the team, area or department
- Maintaining data using companyspecific systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Communicating with a wide range of people in a courteous and professional manner, acting as an ambassador for the Company
What you should bring to the role:
- Some previous experience working in a related role such as customer services or administration
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Reasonable numeracy
- Good organisational skills
- Fully competent at using the appropriate Company IT systems and Excel and CRM along with other Office software
