- Ensure all migration projects are delivered on time
- Manage the migration runbook to track project progress and highlight any slippages of concern.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and programme stakeholders
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Manage risks and issues.
- Report and escalate to programme management as and when needed
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
- Demonstrable experience gained in project management of technical migration project that involves both Business stakeholder and technical teams engagement.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and lead the project team, along with sound communication/negotiation skills to lead stakeholder engagement and manage expectations
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Migration Project Manager – Cheetah programme
Location: Hybrid - London
Package: Negotiable + Benefits
You'll be managing multiple migration projects in parallel. The scope of the migrations will vary in detail but will broadly cover network, applications, M365, Files/Sharepoint and Telephony.
You'll work with Business teams to ensure engagement in testing, training and communication and bet the main point of contact for those teams during the migration process.
You'll work with internal and external teams technical teams to agree migration timelines and deliverables.
You'll work with the wider Migration programme team to report progress and escalate risks and issues when necessary.
You'll need to travel to sites throughout the UK as and when needed and weekend work will be required, sometimes on site, for implementations.
