Responsibilities:
- Deal with client queries.
- Meet and greet clients at reception.
- Maintain the office supplies.
- Maintain the company CRM.
- Schedule, meeting, booking with venues and plan office parties.
- Provide administrative support.
- Assist with invoicing.
Experience:
- Experience with customer service.
- Must have Administrative / secretarial / receptionist background.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Must be skilled with Microsoft Office skills (especially excel).
