    Warehouse Coordinator/Operative

    Heathrow, Slough London

    £32,000 - £33,600 + Overtime & Bonus

    Monday – Friday, 6am - 3pm / 7am – 4pm / 8am – 5pm - Flexible hours


    I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics coordinator to join a large global blue chip business specialising within the movement and installation of highly sensitive data and equipment.

    This is an operational role and full training will be given to the right candidate.

    A UK Driving Licence is required for the role.


    Benefits:
    -£30,000 - £32,000 pay
    5% Quarterly bonus

    The Candidate:

    • Previous experience within a warehouse / logistics coordinator role
    Previous experience within Installation of racking or similar is highly desirable
    Strong numeracy and literacy skills
    A high attention to detail
    Ability to prioritise workload
    Flexible and trustworthy
    Full IK Driving Licence

    Experience of working with instillation cables or equipment highly desirable
    Must be hands on and comfortable with manual labour
    Previous experience of working within high security sites or dealing with sensitive data is highly desirable
    Ability to follow direction and floor plans for installs

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • To collect and deliver products in line with agreed schedules.
    Work closely with our main client in London, ensuring an effective and positive working relationship.
    To work closely with planning to ensure paperwork is scanned and returned efficiently.
    Organising and coordinating deliveries to various Centres located in London and UK.
    Be onsite for deliveries, check documentation, purchase orders and damage to inbound shipments.
    Perform scanning in line with customer requirements.
    Place the products / racking safely and securely in the correct location as per floor plans.
    Follow instructions from client representatives
    Report any issues to the client representatives as soon as observed
    Comply with all client operational and security directives.
    Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time in line with your experience and competencies.
    To collect and deliver products in line with agreed schedules.
    Recording of daily vehicle safety checks, fuel consumption and service records electronically
