    Position Overview: As the Legal Operations Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and optimizing legal operations processes within the organization. Reporting directly to an impressive hiring manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the legal operations function and drive strategic initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement legal operations processes and procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
    • Manage contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
    • Oversee legal technology platforms and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize performance.
    • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field; JD or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven experience in legal operations or a similar role within the software industry.
    • Strong understanding of contract management principles and best practices.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    Location and Compensation: This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel to our Birmingham office. Our client offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, plus a bonus incentive scheme based on performance.
