    Executive Assistant

    Salary: Range £50k-£60k DOE

    Hours: Full Time / 37.5 hours per week / Permanent

    Location: Hybrid with travel to our Farringdon office at least 3 x per week

    Executive Assistant

    To manage the London based office of the International Managing Director, liaising with the Northampton and international offices and Executive Assistants. The role holder will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the International MDs office often working across multiple time zones and being the BH Brand Ambassador internally and externally. You will liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, government departments and regulatory bodies.

    What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead, implement and manage all aspects of office management to ensure the smooth running of the London office; ensuring all health and safety and other regulatory requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with UK Executive Assistants regarding the support for the UK Leadership Team to create a high performing, cohesive, effective and efficient team.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans (flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries and agendae) for the International MD and other Directors / visiting stakeholders.
  • Plan meetings, dates and venues for multiple internal/ external and industry events and act as secretary and point of contact among senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and extensive diary and meeting management across multiple time zones and pro-actively keep track of key priorities; sending reminders to other members of the Executive team as required.
  • Create, prepare and coordinate presentations, papers and data packs for UK Leadership Team and committee and board meetings, circulating agendae, attending and recording the minutes and action plans, managing the action tracker for follow up actions and decisions.
  • Oversee and proactively support other Executives with the management and coordination of tasks, working with the Executive Assistants to ensure seamless service delivery during peak times and annual leave cover.
  • Delegate actions on behalf of the International MD and other Directors as required and liaise with other team members where relevant.
  • Co-ordinate induction for incoming Senior Leaders joining the business and support their induction into the Company, in liaison with the training Lead for Induction.
  • This role also includes elements of project management. The Executive Assistant will take the lead on appropriate projects on behalf of the International MD and other Directors as required and manage these through to implementation.
  • Handle all business in a confidential & discreet manner.
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with the organisation's policies.
  • What You Will Need:

  • Proven experience providing EA support at C-Suite Level and managing a Support Office Team Environment.
  • Proven experience and track record of assembling, managing and developing a high performing team.
  • Experience within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Advanced PC skills including MS Office
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise an ever-changing workload, work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Drafting reports and other documents with particular attention to business style and grammar.
  • Research skills.
