Service Advisor


Duties:


  • Advise clients on Service & repair work due
  • Advise clients on estimated cost of repairs & timescales of work
  • Produce Job cards on DMS system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Analyse Client inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Process customer requests, such as account updates and changes
  • Maintain client records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think analytically
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
