Service AdvisorDuties:
- Advise clients on Service & repair work due
- Advise clients on estimated cost of repairs & timescales of work
- Produce Job cards on DMS system
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Analyse Client inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Process customer requests, such as account updates and changes
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think analytically
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
