- Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 per annum with an extensive benefits package including personal development opportunities (CPD leave entitlement) plus NHS pension, 6 weeks annual leave + bank holidays, on-site parking and much more.
- Team: Led by 4 GP Partners and a dedicated Practice Manager, their clinical team includes a salaried GP, 3 Advanced Clinical Practitioners, an ANP, and a Practice Nurse with Asthma/COPD training, plus dedicated support staff including receptionists, an administrative team, and prescription administrators.
- General Practice Nurse experience in chronic disease management with a diploma in diabetes being highly advantageous.
- Immunisations experience as well as wound care, cytology etc.
- Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including chronic disease management, ensuring patient care plans are updated and regularly reviewed.
- Routine immunisations/ childhood immunisations.
- Wound care and treatment of minor injuries.
