- The administration of applications and admissions for courses college wide, involving direct contact with students and programme staff and liaison with other College services.
- Accurately inputting data in relation to College admissions processes.
- Responding effectively and efficiently to customer contact which could include external partners, employers, staff, managers, students and their parents.
- GCSE A*-C / 9 – 4 in English and Maths or equivalent Level 2 qualification
- Experience of accurately inputting data to set procedures
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Excellent administration and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- The ability to manage and organise own work into a logical and practical way
