Our client, a leading social housing organization in Bristol, is seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team on a contract basis.

With a competitive salary range, this role offers the chance to contribute to the management of 3,300 homes and further our mission of providing high-quality housing solutions to our community.

Contribute to the management and maintenance of properties and estates
Play a key role in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction with Neighbourhood Services
Support the delivery of a comprehensive, customerfocused neighbourhood housing service

Preferred Requirements:

Proficiency in housing and tenancy management
Experience in low to medium level Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) management
Ability to perform patch management and estate inspections
Strong general tenancy management skills
Flexibility to support ASB responsibilities in the absence of dedicated ASB officers

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in Housing or Property Management
Experience within the real estate and property sector
Knowledge of local housing regulations and policies

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay:
£17.02-£19.07 per hour
