This is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join us on our mission to help our customers achieve their goals when they're feeling financially squeezed.

Your role


Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, the Executive Assistant (EA) provides comprehensive support to the Chief Strategy Officer and their key stakeholders by facilitating the planning, co-ordination and organisation of all activities and communications relating to them.


This includes working with her marketing and communications teams to ensure that she is well-briefed before events, actions from meetings and events are followed-up on a timely basis, and that her diary is managed efficiently and thoughtfully.

This includes due attention being given to preparation, travel, and the successful coordination of the Chief Strategy's role at Auden with her other sporting responsibilities.

You will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.


What you'll be doing

  • Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans; itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for key stakeholder meetings.
  • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CSO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating winwin situations for all.
  • Researches, prioritises, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CSO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CSO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
  • Priorities conflicting needs: handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and followsthrough projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Arranging and preparing for meetings/conferences/ seminars, recording minutes.
  • Planning all travel arrangements, arranging facilities for events, personal travel arrangements.

Your skills and experience

  • Significant previous experience supporting C-Level Executives
  • Extremely strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to us the Microsoft Suite (including Word. Excel, Powerpoint) to advanced level.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
  • Able to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates proactive approaches to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking capability.
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Experienced in booking travel and managing expenses

Most of us are spending 40-60% of our working time in the office each month, with our operating hours typically between 9am and 5.30pm.
