Competition / Commercial Disputes Solicitor - Lawyer – Up to £125,000
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Competition / Commercial Litigation Solicitor to further their career at a specialist disputes' boutique practice.
As a market leader, the team has extensive experience handling complex multi-jurisdictional general commercial disputes and competition litigation. On the competition law, disputes are arising out of infringements of EU and UK competition law. The team act for the firm's largest international clients handling multijurisdictional competition disputes before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and the High Court, including standalone and follow-on claims, and individual and collective proceedings.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor between 3 to 5 years' PQE with experience working on a range of commercial disputes with exposure to competition litigation.
