    Service Delivery Manager (Data)

    Location: Remote (only within the UK)

    Salary: up to £65k

    Job Purpose:

    The Service Delivery Manager is a new and strategically important role for us. You will be accountable for managing the delivery of our unique AI-powered data transformation products, that help customers to create, cleanse and transform their job architectures, job descriptions, work and skills in rapid time. Working closely with our Product, Machine Learning and Customer Success team, you will plan and manage the many moving parts that go into delivering these services and building out this unique product offering.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan & project manage the delivery of AI-Powered data transformation services to scope, quality, timeframe and budget
    • Establish and tightly manage the QA process, ensuring quality gates are implemented and quality thresholds are met by all teams
    • Provide continuous feedback on ML model outcomes, product functionality and service delivery process to ensure embedded learning loops, continuous improvement, build efficiencies and scalability in delivery
    • Manage partners and external resources to ensure sufficient resource capacity to deliver services to required demand pipeline scope & timeframe
    • Track and manage the costs and gross margin for service delivery, feeding into product, sales and finance

    Requirements:

    • Have experience of managing complex data driven products or services (ideally where tech automation was at the core)
    • Have well-honed project management skills, with a love of motivating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality outcomes to tight deadlines
    • Be extremely organised with exceptional attention to detail (you will probably spot typos in this document)
    • Be a great problem solver, constantly looking for ways to fix and improve things
    • Thrive in a fast-paced working environment, be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Experience of working in the HR space would be a bonus, but not essential if you can demonstrate your ability to quickly get up to speed with a new domain
