We're Seeking aSenior Plant Finance Analyst:
This pivotal role involves managing Business Partnering activities across the site and collaborating with the new Controllership structure to spearhead a successful Finance Transformation.
Financial Analysis andPerformance Reporting:
prepare regular financial reports and performance updates for the operations team and management, highlighting key financial metrics and variances to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Risk Management:
Identify financial risks within the operations and support mitigation strategies.
Inventory Management:
Support inventory control actions and initiatives to maximize operational profitability while maximizing cash.
Fully qualified or a Passed Finalist in a major accounting organization (CIMA, ACCA, etc.), Minimum of 5 years in accounting/financial roles, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with Lean Systems in finance is beneficial.Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders to ensure that financial insights are understood and acted upon by the operations team.
