We are now working with one of the top global private debt funds.

They have a fantastic track record of lending directly to European corporates and have a great track record in the sector.

They fund acquisitions, expansion capital, restructurings, LBO and working capital finance.

They are now looking to hire an Associate to work on the origination and execution of deals for the fund in the London office.

The role will work onIdentification and origination of investments for the fundDue diligence and analysis of loans and deals, preparing reports for the PartnersRegular interaction with management teams of portfolio companiesFinancial modelling and valuationsDeal structuring and executionThey are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
Private debt professionals from other fundsAnalysts with leveraged finance/ credit/ M&A teamsDebt and restructuring advisorsThe role is suitable for someone with 3- 6 years experience
