Cirencester Head Office (GL7 1FP) 2 days per week and 3 days remote

We are seeking an outstanding Coordination Administrator to join our Correspondence Change Team.

This is a small and dedicated team that are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Client and Partner correspondence changes across SJP projects and programmes, enabling continuous improvement to our client outcomes.


The Role:


The role has two main functions, firstly to provide administration & project support to the Correspondence Change Team, who lead on all aspects of delivering change to our clients communication.

Secondly, to help co-ordinate the tax year end mailings, working with our third party administration teams and SJP tax year end teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the tracking of all correspondence change through the inception process and onto delivery
  • Manage the team mailbox and maintain the team planner
  • Coordinate the RAID/Action logs ensuring updates are provided and items reviewed.
  • Provide input to and create operational and correspondence change reporting packs where required.
  • Conduct team administrative tasks such as arranging meetings/workshops, minute taking, production of MI, and general
  • Run small correspondence change and reviews, working with other business areas and our third party administration centres
  • Maintain the correspondence library, ensuring this is up to date and produce MI as required
  • Help coordinate the centralised ISA mailing and manage the ISA campaign mailbox, responding to Partner, Admin and SJP field team queries
  • Help coordinate the tax year end mailing processes where required, including assisting with quality checking and comms where needed and updating project plans.

Special Requirements:

We do expect the successful person to have demonstrable experience and knowledge in the following:

  • Written Correspondence/Communications to Clients and/or Customers
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • RAID/Action Log & Minute taking
  • Knowledge of Change/Project Management processes
  • Experience in working in the financial services industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience of working in a business change environment will also hold a distinct advantage
