- Assist the Senior Agent in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the water project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, identifying any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, drawings, and project records.
- Provide support to the Senior Agent in resolving any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the project.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working on water projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques relevant to water infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
