Health & Safety Administrator

Leeds

£ Up to £24,000

Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30


Our Well-established client based in west Yorkshire specialising in business services are currently looking for an experienced Health & Safety Administrator to help support the current team at their head office.

This is a Monday to Friday Office based role. Driving Licence required due to the office location.


Duties:


  • To provide additional support for the health & safety administration team.
  • Updating and maintaining employee training records, identifying any future training requirements and arranging courses where required.
  • Support health & safety plans, methods and statements.
  • Administration duties on the computer database system.
  • Assist and support Directors, management and supervision with their execution of policy duties.
  • Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to keep them up to date with any relevant health and safety information, requirements and company information.

About You

  • Health & Safety Background desired.
  • Must have Administration experience.
  • Good written and communication Skills.
  • Accurate data recording and attention to detail.
  • Experience of Microsoft office.
  • A keen interest in health & safety and environmental management.
