Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30
Our Well-established client based in west Yorkshire specialising in business services are currently looking for an experienced Health & Safety Administrator to help support the current team at their head office.
Duties:
- To provide additional support for the health & safety administration team.
- Updating and maintaining employee training records, identifying any future training requirements and arranging courses where required.
- Support health & safety plans, methods and statements.
- Administration duties on the computer database system.
- Assist and support Directors, management and supervision with their execution of policy duties.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to keep them up to date with any relevant health and safety information, requirements and company information.
About You
- Health & Safety Background desired.
- Must have Administration experience.
- Good written and communication Skills.
- Accurate data recording and attention to detail.
- Experience of Microsoft office.
- A keen interest in health & safety and environmental management.
