Senior Procurement Solicitor
A Senior Procurement Solicitor, non contentious, is a required by a leading team to work upon a wide range of high quality and complex work for both public sector and independent sector clients.
The national Public Procurement department undertakes a full range of procurement advice and support on projects from the design of a procurement, drafting procurement documents, delivering training sessions to clients, supporting end to end in a procurement process and advising on procurement risk for its health, social care, local authority, emergency service and housing clients from across the public and private sectors.
Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Provider Selection Regime and is supporting clients to prepare for the Procurement Act 2023
Acting on complex procurements for contracts for some of the largest Healthcare Service Projects, Leisure Services and Waste contracts.
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded lawyer who can work very closely with clients, provide first class practical advice and who is technically proficient in non-contentious public procurement work.
