- Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal usage and maintenance schedules.
- Schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance, liaising with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including registration, insurance, and maintenance histories.
- Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing fuel efficiency measures.
- Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Communicate with drivers to address any issues or concerns regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet transportation needs for projects and deliveries.
- Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, including mileage, maintenance costs, and vehicle availability.
- Previous experience in fleet management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
