If you are a Social Housing Lawyer looking for a fresh challenge then this could well be the option you are looking for. This role is unlike any other Social Housing Lawyer position in the market. Working for a renowned asset management company you will be instrumental in driving the success of their Social Housing department forward and can open up an exciting future in this area.
On offer: -
You will be dealing with residential property disputes such as dealing with problem tenants and reclaiming properties as well as dealing with property transactions, property development and other associated legal matters. You will work closely with the organisations external solicitors, instructing them on contentious and non-contentious cases.
The company has big plans for this department as they expand further into the social housing market and you can play a key part in its success. They are looking for someone who is commercially minded with strong social housing experience dealing with the matters outlined above ideally from a housing association background. It will be an advantage if you have a track record of working closely with and instructing solicitors in such areas.
