    Description
    We are looking for a Registered Manager to join our team at our 5-bed children's home in Ilford. The home provides care and support for young people aged 11-17 with EBD.

    As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that it meets all regulatory requirements and provides the highest standards of care.

    Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that it meets all regulatory requirements
    Manage the staff team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
    Work with young people to develop their individual care plans
    Represent the home to the local community
    Qualified to Level 5 in Children and Young People's Care
    Minimum of 5 years' experience in a residential care setting
    Experience of working with young people with EBD
    Commitment to providing high-quality care
    28 days' annual leave
