Page Personnel is recruiting a Compliance Manager for a recruitment company based in the West End.


Client Details
They are a small health care recruitment company based in the West End. There are circa 15 people in the company, they are extremely successful and steadily growing. They were founded circa 20 years ago and have good relationships across the health caresector.


Description
This is a really busy and a crucial role in the company.

Oversee the compliance and audit functions across all temporary and permanent health care placements.


Job role and responsibilities:

  • Audit
  • Oversee and manage audit process for frameworks (H.T.E, CCS, Workforce Alliance) previous experience essential
  • Oversee and manage audit process for secondary supply chain (Comensura, Matrix, Retinue, Adecco, Reed, Medacs etc)
  • Remain up to date with current audit and NHS Employer regulations and update processes and training within the company
  • Conduct internal audits on compliance
  • Compliance
  • On board all new temporary and permanent health care workers onto compliance database and work with consultants and compliance officer to ensure relevant compliance documentation is in place prior to start date
  • Maintain ongoing compliance for incumbent health care workers to relevant framework standard
  • Organise and update consultant training on framework requirements
  • Work with compliance officer to increase efficiency and processes
  • Keep company (internal and framework) policies and procedures up to date
  • Tenders and bids
  • Monitor upcoming tender portals to identify possible tender opportunities primarily National Framework agreements such as Workforce Alliance and H.T.E Allied Health Professionals agreements
  • Manage tender writing and submission process alongside Recruitment Manager and Compliance Officer
  • Organise and manage any conditional audits prior to tender award
  • Work with Director and Compliance Officer to attain any required accreditations for national framework agreements
  • IT support management
  • Main point of contact for IT support company.
  • Help to log tickets and be on hand for physical intervention needed in the office
  • Help to troubleshoot office based issues such as internet / server / firewall issues
  • Administration and Office Management
  • Maintain suppliers in order to keep compliance documentation updated (including negotiating fees, finding new suppliers etc)
  • Keep accreditations up to date including REC-UK, Cyber Essentials, NHS Code of Practice etc
  • Updating company website as required

Profile

You will:

  • Ideally have worked in a recruitment company doing a compliance role. If not you will be doing a heavily admin based role and able to adapt to this position
  • Be a people person too and able manage a another team member
  • Be detail orientated and able to work under mínimal supervision
