We are on the lookout for experienced IVA Advisors who are looking to build a long-term career within a growing and finically well backed client.

You will be rewarded with a starting salary starting up to £30,000 with an OTE of £70,000 working Monday toFriday.


Our client is a highly ambitious and forward thinking company where the Directors have been within the financial Services sector for over 30 years.

This position within the company will give you clear opportunity to progress to senior levels due to currentgrowth and success of the business.


Duties for the IVA Advisor

  • Speak to all new clients who have made an enquiry looking for financial solutions. (NO COLD CALLS)
  • Have a consultative nature with the client
  • Discuss income and expenditure and Solutions with the clients based on their current circumstances
  • Gather documents needed to send across to the processing team
  • All system led and simple.

Skills required for the IVA Advisor

  • Experience within the Insolvency sector desirable not essential
  • A genuine desire to succeed and to be part of a winning culture
  • A positive attitude and a cando approach
  • A Mindset that is based on helping the clients to achieve the best result
  • The desire to build a career and grow with the company.
